- Requests over the monthly API limit return a quota_exceeded error (HTTP 403) until the counter resets at the start of the next month or you upgrade to Pro. Artifacts you've already stored and pages you've already published keep working — published Artifact Pages are served from a separate content host, not the API, so existing public links stay live even if your account is over quota.
